In 2026 we’re bringing an even bigger, smarter, and sharper program that fuses tradition with cutting-edge technology to unlock every player’s full potential.

What the U10s - U18s pathways program offers:

⚽️ A high-performance environment with twice weekly training, access to regular calisthenics sessions, strength and conditioning and all weather training options.

💥 Coaching that pushes players beyond the basics and into elite football development.

⚽️ A focus on tactical awareness, physical conditioning, and advanced player well being framework.

💥 The introduction of cutting-edge performance tools including Veo match filming & GPS vests for real-time insights.

⚽️ Participation in elite invitationals, West Ham Foundation identification camps and SEUFC Academy.

💥 All players receive an exclusive premier pre game tracksuit, socks, shorts, training shirt and back pack.
